To complete your payment successfully, please ensure that your billing address matches the address registered with your payment card. If you're shipping to a different address, that's fine—just make sure the billing address is the one linked to your card.

We can only process orders if both the billing address and card details are from within the EU. If your billing information is from outside the EU, but the shipping address is within the EU, we will not be able to complete your order.
